That is awful Crying or Very sad

I really can not understand why anyone would let an animal suffer like that. Why the hell would you not phone the RSPCA or get in touch with the local dog home if the animal was unwanted. to allow it to stave to death is just cruel

I cannot read these stories any more either, it's just too upsetting, I hope they do something with whoever did it to the poor dog.

Maybe I'm cynical but what are they going to do if they catch these I use the term people very loosely? Get banned from keeping pets for a couple of years and fined. If they can do that to another living creature what makes them think those type of punishments are going to worry them? I mean how would they enforce the ban? I do think animal cruelty laws in this country are way to soft,I do think whether thats down to peoples arrogance in believing that for whatever reason,humans are above everything else hence the only things that matter I do think I am rapidly going off the human race
