I made a real nice ginger beer from a recipe from hugh whathisface. Couple of lemons some ginger, sugar and some champagne yeast. Next to no alcohol but so reshing it was devine. My next project is this lolhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zW7NmCFX8tA&feature=youtube_gdata_player
