to drink or not to drink that is the question

all the men in my family are going for a meal tonight do i drink water of have a few pints?

what should i do?

After a month off that might be enough It's amazing how quickly your tolerance will disappear.

You could always alternate... I always promise to do this and never succeed... but it's worth a try :p

Are you just trying to lose some weight or to stop drinking entirely? If it's just weight liquor has fewer calories and drinking one day a week won't throw off a diet.

I give the liver a break 2-3 days a week Don't think I could ever completly quit though. Some things are just better with a bit of a buzz

I would say decide when you get there. Do your family know you have stopped drinking? If so they will support your decision not to. And there is no need to stick with water, why not have a coke, or an orange juice or something nicer. Entirely up to you though I agree that a drink once in a while is harmless, and if it is just a meal then it will be one or two not a full nights session!
