that what i been doing the bath help while i was in it Sad then i had to get and all the pain came back

just take it easy get mum or dad to rub deep heat on but not the front side as a guy did when I was serving, he never lived it down  Laughing

I had to take a few trips to a chiropractor awhile back. Normally alternating heat and ice works for me. The ice prevents further inflamation and the heat increases blood flow to the area to aid healing.

My chiropractor suggests a course of Ibuprofen for 2 weeks 4 a day as this will take any inflammation down.
