that what i been doing the bath help while i was in it then i had to get and all the pain came back

I had to take a few trips to a chiropractor awhile back. Normally alternating heat and ice works for me. The ice prevents further inflamation and the heat increases blood flow to the area to aid healing.

My chiropractor suggests a course of Ibuprofen for 2 weeks 4 a day as this will take any inflammation down.

It works well for almost all injuries and I've been doing it for years.

Ice really is a winner with injuries, isn't Lee! I've often used it for my wonky joints and any pulls.
