Picking up poo Empty Picking up poo

Post by yeahbut Tue Feb 18 2014, 14:55

I really do pick up every single poo. Even at night, I search about with a torch (which is usually the backlight of my phone) to locate ordure that has dropped from the doggy backside. However, I just cant stomach picking up other people's dogs' poo when I see it lying about in the public green spaces. I know some dog owners have a saintly gene that enables them to do this - and I am so grateful because they help preserve all of our reputations and freedoms. How is it possible to acquire the saintly gene?

Nope I just couldnt pick up another dogs poo. And to be fair, I was very angry on last nights walk, still in the light, the amount of dog poo along the canal!!!!!!!!!!!! Big ones, so from big dogs bums!!!! Some right on the edge, the owners could have kicked it into the canal, but oh no! they left it! You wont see me acquire this saintly gene, no chance!
And guess what, I did go over to a lady the other week to tell her to pick her dogs poo up, cos it was in the football fields! She was taken back, but I didnt care, I said to her, you know young kids play football in these fields, that did the job!

I pick up every single poo from axl and trust me when I say it's always a mission he will always drag me in the tallest, most thorny prickly, dense place he can he's very particular about where he poos lol! I'm covered in scratches but I will still pick up what I can but other peoples dog poo... Definitely not.

Haha, yes I have. There is nothing worse than a cold, dead poo. My dad in Bristol picks up other people's dogs' poos all the time, but then he was in the army and finds hardship more endurable. It very much offends non dog-owners to see waste on the grass, in parks, on football pitches and along the canal. It offends me too.
