Millie
Would like some advice please, Millie is 5 months old and is a kc reg Stafford. She is 8.1 kg, i am worried she isn't very big. Vet seems to think she is going to get much bigger?, i'm not sure thats right though as she is supposed to be a standard sized stafford.
Re: Millie
She looks fine to me they do sometimes put a spurt on but nothing to worry about Gorgeous girl

Re: Millie
She looks great. It's very difficult to judge during the first year as they seem to grow in fits and spurts.
Staffords seem to be fully developed and in their prime at around three.
Plenty of time yet.

Re: Millie
Sorry, in the first post you said the vet said that she WAS going to get a lot bigger.
What made him think that she wasn't?

Re: Millie
Don't worry she still has loads of time to finish growing yet which could take another two to two and a half years yet.

Re: Millie
As long as she is healthy and the right weight for her size then I'm sure she will continue to grow as she gets older She is beautiful!

Re: Millie
Strange that the Vet said that at such an early stage of her development. However, I am finding out that the people on this site seem to have far more experience of the breed than any vet I have met and, as I said above, there is plenty of growing time yet!
