Cant move

Omg cant move I have a pain at top of my bum cheek going all the way down my leg, even had to be dressed this morning!! I feel like a bloody old woman and so lazy!    

It sounds like sciatica Inez, is it the left side?

Yes Claire I think that's what it is and it is down the left side. Its bloody painful

Definitely something sitting on the sciatic nerve, really painful, lots of rest for you

Yes Claire I may just break the rules for today! had some pain killers but they have made me feel sick and clammy   

My consultant always says to have a drink with my painkillers obviously just one or two

Tramadol, paracetamol, ibuprofen, pregabalin & oramorph!
