Should get a move on!

Today is my only day off. I have been up since 7.15, given Vlad some cuddles (he is getting too big for my lap as I'm 4'10 so now he just rests his head on me... I think he knows LOL), I have a house to clean, linen to iron AND a skip coming today as Lee (my husband) and I decided to start the new year with a HUGE clean out... the man delivering the skip was very vague "I'll be there in the morning" when asked what time. I'm about to go outside and feed Vlad (who got a new ball yesterday and is tearing around the yard with it as we speak. Oh, and I am still in my pyjamas and haven't even brushed my teeth... GOT TO GET MOVING!!!!

Jesus! You want to chill!!

It was my day off today, I got up at 11, met a friend at 12, walked the dogs till 4, went for a pint, and was home by 6! Now thats a day off

you got a busy day planned then. well at least you have some decent weather for it.

That is an AWESOME day off!

Well, that was embarrassing: Skip man came and I had just got naked to jump in the shower... so scrambling for husbands dressing gown (it's huge) and when I had it on I answered the door with my shower cap on (I straightened my hair yesterday)!!!!! He looked at me like I was a real wally... which, really, I was! Now I am going to have my cup of tea, a piece of toast before beginning the rest of the day! On the bright side, my shower cap has great big colourful spots on it... so looking "special" wasn't difficult

Off to bed in a min with a toastie. The skip man certainly had a very special treat!

Sooooo, in the end my house duties consisted of: cleaning kitchen, ironing and changing our bed linen, hoovering and mopping all the floors, cleaning our bathroom, cleaning the toilets, washed the throw rugs for the lounge, washed the towels and the bed linen and then later this afternoon off to Bunnings (Home Hardware and Garden centre) to pick up some garden supplies as we're digging up the front yard, replacing the grasses and the bark mulch... AND I am getting a dwarf lemon tree for the front as out entrance area looks a bit bare and boring... Husband is working today, but I might be suggesting take away because I'm not cooking LOL. My next day off is next Friday

Thanks... we filled the skip tonight... it's getting picked up Monday and another is to be dropped off I am sure next Friday will be a little more relaxing... I hope :p

Roll on next Friday. Time zone differences doing my head.
