As I said in another thread dogs aren't dangerous,its the people who are dangerous. Maybe they would be better of attempting to clamp down on people who use dogs for nefarious purposes. I belive a dogs behaviour reflects the owners personality, I mean how many aggressive dogs do you see that are a result of being treated with kindness and love? Just a thought I could be wrong
