To be in the lower fight weight class. I'm not sticking to any diet plan just choosing wisely rather do it by exercise than cutting back on nice food

Not too much work this week so carry on with the spring cleaning, getting the pups back into routine since the OH has had 2 week's leave and is back to work today, baking and trying to get to gym at least twice a day a few days this week
