Puppy is home.......what I forgot

Brought home our beautiful new puppy today (promise I will post pics soon, too busy enjoying/managing him at the moment).
He is fantastic and I am amazed at how quickly he seems to have settled and how clever he is for 8 weeks.
What I forgot. I forgot that my Dad, who lives with me now, and was very excited about new Puppy, would need almost as much training as the Puppy!
He has not had Dogs since he was a child and is VERY naïve around the Puppy, who appears to have realised this and is busy wrapping Dad around his little paw.
One pair of trousers already ripped, one "dead arm" because he did not want to disturb the Puppy whilst sleeping on his lap.
I am going to have to train both at the same time OMG!

Yeah right! They get more and more spoiled the longer you have them! When I got Daisy she was never sleeping in my bed!!
