Puppy comes home in 3 weeks, what to buy ...

Super excited, my (now 5 week old) puppy is coming home 3 weeks today can't wait !! Next weekend we are going shopping for beds, bowls, collar, shampoo, lead, toys, treats etc. WOOP WOOP !!! If you know of anything that has particularly worked for (or not !) your pup I'd love to hear before we spend our life savings (ha!) ! Thanks

A crate is a safe place for a pup and was a must on my shopping list. And a really good quality puppy food. You will replacing the collar a few times as they grow. Tip is now six months old and we on collar number 3. Have fun shopping

Don't buy little beds - buy them for the size the puppy will end up being! We have a garage full of little beds  

Have a look at insurance and microchips. Agree with those above crate an excellent idea and a large bed.

Crates are brilliant, a safety den for you and pup! Prior to Molly and Watson I hadn't used them but I wouldn't be without one going forward with a puppy.

Lots of interactive toys as they gop a bit stir crazy in the house before they can get out walking , Tommy loved this wobble kong , sure you will be able to get one down under
