Not sure what this is but I gave Marquez a bit to see his reaction and he loved it!
Just need to know what it is so I know what to ask for.

The first one is either liver or kidney, at first I thought liver but I think maybe it's too firm and it has the white bit which a kidney has. The second, looks like a stomach I think?! That's my best guess as a veggie raw feeder!! Laughing ox intestines will be fine  Smile

first one is kidney, second looks like tripe.

Ok the first is definitely beef kidney. This threw me as I'm only used to seeing rabbit kidneys that I love to eat but will now share with Marquez because I love him so much Big Grin
The second I'm still not sure - I've got tripe/stomach and its nothing like this so I've got no idea!

It looks like tripe, but tripe from different animals looks very very different.

Can you get a better photo of it? And what animal is it from?

But it was so thin and long and not like the thick tongue I've seen before.  I'll defrost it and inspect it better and post a better photo Big Grin

I've had a brain wave, I think it's spleen! Which would explain why it would be a funny colour for Tongue!
