yes I think its a good idea from the food side better than most fast food outlets that are on the motor way and also would be nice for the passenger to be able to have drink with a meal if they so wish, but I do think it would be a bit to tempting for some, TBH how many people have a drink with there Sunday pub dinner then get in the car and drive home, isn't it the same,

they may at some point just do meals i been on long journeys when we pull over i would rather an okish meal then some super unhealthy

I know someone who drank tinnys whilst driving, atleast the staff have an eye them how much they are drinking etc x

How much service station trade comes from coach trips? Things like its illegal to have alcohol on a coach going to the football so immediately you have a customer base.
I have no issues with it especially if the dedicated driver gets free soft drink with a meal
It won't encourage people to drink and drive if they were going to do that they would pull of the motorway and go for a pint or have it in the car with them anyway if anything staff and other customers are going to be hyper aware of possible drink drivers anyway so I think that they would actually be more likely to be reported
