Hi all

Wondered if any of you could give me a little advice:

We have had Star in the car with us a few times now obviously to bring her home, yesterday to the vets and back and tonight to see some friends yesterday and tonight she has been sick in the car luckily on blankets Smile, She also slobbers ALOT!!! when in the car, i can understand because its all new to her and scary, I was just wondering if anyone could advise of how to try and keep her calm when in the car and how we can help her not to be sick.

I have the vets tomorrow afternoon with her and will be travelling in my dad's car, and the last thing i want is for her to be sick in there :/ as its a mobility car and there is no way my dad could clean it up I will obviously with a peg on my nose Laughing (I don't do sick). She will be on the floor on some blankets i always keep talking to her and stroking her to try and keep her calm.

Any help would be really appreciated as never had this with any dog i have owned. TIA xx

Sorry I'm not much help as my pup loves the car (hates getting out tho !!) but is it possible to have someone sit in the back with her to lessen the anxiety which may help prevent the nausea ? Good luck !

Ginger is great for up set tummy, as well as the biscuit are you able to get hold of some ginger chews too, usually in a small green box like this ?
