Got told my Ipad would be here by today at the latest and its not, so rang them up and its going to be 30 days, apparently thats what I should have been told not 5 days

I told them off on the phone not that its gonna make it come any quicker! But they can't be telling people that its not fair

The annoying thing is I would have got it anyway but I wouldn't have been excited about getting it in time for xmas! Oh well, something to look forward to in Jan I suppose

Did you try threatening to cancel the contract on the basis that you were mis-sold the product on the promise that the iPad would be with you for Xmas and it was going to be a present and all (omitting that it was a present for yourself).

No I only spoke to them this afternoon so there was no way it was going to be here by xmas, they're waiting for the stock apparently!
