Just what you need at xmas time

The fridge has packed up      OH coming home in a bit so we can go fridge shopping

Thanks Hayley - been one of those "spooky" weeks here. Besides the fridge giving in, the other morning came through to get the laptop which I had shut down and switched off at the wall...it was on, the charger was on, but the switch at the wall was off!! And the xmas tree lights are in at the same plug and they were off   

Oh yes, and, since yesterday both Roxy and Vinny have been standing on the sofa arm looking up at the corner of the wall over and over again

Thanks Inez! I've had to rent space from Rox and Vin' raw freezer today - terribly worried about what they may charge   

    Hope theres nothing too gruesome in there amongst your normal food

Some things have absolutely no sense of timing do they, good luck in your fridge shopping, you may be able to find something on offer.

If you keep the door of your fridge closed firmly it should be OK for a couple of hours, does it have a freezer too ? Again keep the door closed.

Oh no Steve, that's damn annoying!

We ended up going to three different places: first place we phoned ahead and they had 1 we liked..got there and the one and only had been sold a few minutes before. Second place further away didn't have a fridge/freezer combo. Third place... found a silver Samsung and they knocked 1000Rand off the price - winner! Only downside is they can only deliver on Monday. So it's takeaways for the weekend   

At least you have one on the way Lisa, takeaways what a nuisance    

Yeah, tough life - take away and a Guinness that needs to be drank immediately

nasty lisa really nasty! i wouldn't waste my money on it i prefer pear cider instead but that give me nast heart burn also
