Puppy nose
Hi just wondering if Hugo's nose is okay ? This gap has been getting bigger and a lump but there's no pain?
Re: Puppy nose
I think a trip the vets, if I'm honest I'm not too sure, it could be a sting off something but I'd get your vets opinion

Re: Puppy nose
They said it's nothing to cause concern but if it gets bigger I've got to go back, but he's not allowed outside yet, but I don't know looks strange but he's fine so maybe I'm worrying over nothing

Re: Puppy nose
It does look a little odd, doesn't it? You could always ask for a second opinion if you're unsure?

Re: Puppy nose
Could just be a vesicle - a collection of fluid enclosed in a sac; a bit like a pimple but without the inflammation. Please ask your reassuring vet to explain further - they shouldn't just send you off with a "no need to worry" without further explanation. It could be lanced (might sting a bit!) so that the sac collapses, with a dab or two germolene or similar to prevent infection. Or it might just be reabsorbed over time.

Re: Puppy nose
the vet said that its just the way he is growing not everything is going to be perfect size but his is more noticeable, but it makes him different x
