Hello and welcome from me and Pixee. Kobe looks so handsome, he looks staffy to me, to be fair does it really matter if hes got some cross in him? Hes so cute and looks so sweet. My Pixee has got long legs, and she is staffy. She is a resuce, and boy we just love her to bits. They give you so much love back  Love Struck

He's a stunning bhoy regardless of pedigree, mate, though I do think he looks to be full Staffy. People have always been surprised at the size of my Cory(somewhere between 18 and 19 inches) and I know both of his parents and all his siblings, and they are all normal sized.
I wouldn't worry about it. HH

Cory's not the first Staff I've had, mate, but he is by far the most boisterous and even that hasn't stopped me going out and buying his nephew lol. They are, by miles the most loving and loyal breed I've ever had, and are just wee bundles of fun. Just be sure you're ready for a second lol HH

Wow  Surprised What a little terror! hehe...so far I think we have been quite lucky on that side of things! He went through a stage of if we left him alone in his area in the utility room for anywhere from 5 minutes, he would pull all of his bedding out rag it around a bit, wee on it and then try to curl up on any dry bit...haha his face when we would come back, he always looked so sorry! And the noise he would make!
Anyone else think that they have a pig instead of a Staff sometimes?  Laughing

oldest bad breeder story in the book. The mothers will naturally start to wean them at that age but that doesnt mean that she has shunned them and they need to be rehomed.

I'd like a pound for every time I've heard that story from a 'breeder'. The truth is, the bitch starts to wean the pup naturally from about 4 or 5 weeks. That means the breeder has to start supplementing the pups' food & actually making an effort to see that they have 5 or 6 meals a day, plus worming paste. They realise that's getting expensive so they tell people the bitch rejected the pups & so they have to go! What they don;t tell you is that good breeders start to remove the pups from the mum for short intervals during the day, and gradually build the time up until they are quite independant from her at about 8 weeks old. But they are still learing lots of things about being a puppy from their siblings!
