Put a Beany hat on and roll it down over your eyes, its a fact that you sleep better if your head is covered and your feet I sleep better with socks on.

I can get to sleep better with my night light on, I've always been like that though.

Re: sleeping with light on?
My son is 38 and has to have the bathroom light on so the hallway is illuminated, and his bedroom door open. It all goes back to his many times in hospital where the corridor lights are always on, and it made him feel safer. I've got used to it now and just have to pay the electricity bill

Re: sleeping with light on?
Lights out, although I can sleep with a small amount of light.
I couldn't put anything over my head or eyes, though!
We always have the upstairs passage light on, but that just dates back to when the children were little & I didn't want them to fall down the stairs if they got up at night!
