that told them!

The OH got a letter from virgin media saying they need to put our monthly bill up by £5, well the air went blue as he wasn't amused  so he came creeping and asked me to ring them and see what i can do about it.

so rang them earlier, gave them a * after all the problems we've had with them and we will not be paying the extra £5 and will be leaving

In the end they apologised a lot, dropped our bill by £8 a month and gave us a free Tivo box with free fitting :Dbeen a good day!

Way to go girl, if my MIL phones some one up to complain there is no way I want to be the other end, she is highly educated and I am not exagerating when I say she can knock CV of the block, she uses words most people do not understand and can be kurt, typical MIL really
