well today we passed the 14th day of when my son could of got a ticket for when he thought he was speeding,so i'm so much happier  ,i just hope that he has learnt a very big lesson over the last couple of weeks and never does this again as he still has over a year left to run before he could get banned if he was speeding,sons,im sure daughters must be easier??thanks to you all for the support you gave me

Answer to your question are girls less problem, My Mum would tell you no if I was anything to go by!  

Do you know for certain now he will not be getting a summons/caution what ever it's called ??

kathy reading up on it and asking a ex police man they have to send the registered owner of the car a nip notice to say the car was caught speeding within 14 days,the owner of the car then has to name the driver who was driving,its 17 days today so should be ok  

I take it he knows how lucky he's been?
