I don’t need servants but friends are always welcome! You have to make it here some day Steve. CA is some amazing country. Pretty much everything and every type of environment in one state.

Looks amazing! 
We went to California a few years ago. It was such a surprise, coming from grumpy, grey England! Everybody was so unbelievably friendly!
