I am on fire!

God I am soooooo bloody hot I think I have wind burn, my ears are on ruddy fire! 

 your got frost bite

Poor you, windburn is horrible! you need to replace the moisture that has been stripped out of your skin - plain yoghurt slathered on is good.

The only place I ever got windburn was Wales as well, must be something in the air!

I am replacing the moisture with wine Lynda, but have put loads of cream on, it is very mild here now

Wine is good for a cold! At least it makes you forget it for a while  

If you haven't got a temperature though, and your ears and /or whatever skin you had exposed to the salty wind is burning and feeling like sunburn, then I earnestly suggest you frequently bathe them in plain yoghurt, or better yet - cold milk.

Thank you Lynda I had this once before on the boat trip back to the airport from the Maldives, my god it was bad I couldn't move my face! My fault no cream and didn't feel it burning!
