Re: Biscuit worrying!
Stupid phone! Meant to say, just got out of hospital after surgery, so feeling pretty battered and on a lot of pain relief. Luckily got my OH here for walks with Bis, but she's being a little worry wart following me EVERYWHERE and whined all night downstairs where she usually sleeps while I was up in bed and just won't leave my side. I'm trying to keep her routine as normal as possible, but don't know what to do to reassure her that all is okay!

Re: Biscuit worrying!
Aww poor bis is sensing her mummy isn't right, sounds like your doing all you can rach, no change in routine, no fuss while she's fussing. Alls you can do I guess is try to be as normal as possible easier said than done when your in pain I've had surgery 3 weeks ago rach and darcy ever left my side for a min.

Re: Biscuit worrying!
Ah, have you recovered okay now Hayley? Thanks for the replies lovelies, she's been out for a long walk and has settled a little now, but keeps trying to rest her head on my tummy, which isn't helpful when that's where the incisions are!! xx

Re: Biscuit worrying!
Ah thanks everyone!! She managed to sit on a desperate chair from me for about an hour before clambering back over, but I've gone to bed now and she's downstairs in her bed barking feel so mean but she's so sensitive with her routine I don't want to change anything for her!

Re: Biscuit worrying!
So sorry to hear about your hospital "procedure" (as they like to call them these days!) Rachel. I hope you recover very quickly and that the "procedure" was a success

Re: Biscuit worrying!
Hiya! Getting there thank you dressings have come off but the incisions and internal work they did are still very tender, pain relief has been lowered but bloody fireworks are making Biscuit more stressed than ever OH is out with her now and going to do another long walk before it gets dark! I really miss walking her but should only be another 4-5 days before I'm up and about
