Try some pile cream on it, it is supposed to work apparently.

I have some arnica cream the swelling and tenderness have gone since last night now just to sort the bruise before I go back to work on Tuesday  And yep Dave if it's filmed I will post the link it is quite funny that the guys all stop when the girls start grappling in the gym

Well the colours keep changing, back to work today think everyone was too polite to say anything oh and I've been matched to a fight on 1st December
