For me personality is the foremost thing, I love a man with a really sarcastic sense of humour and can put up with me taking the * out him of 24/7

But they've still got to look good to my taste ;)i mean my OH has the most adorable little ears which are mega soft  plus the perky little bum doesn't go a miss

No lets not go there again!  I put the first one as I like good sarcastic banter also.
But nice eyes are a must for me as you can tell a lot by looking into eyes.

Personality is the first thing I look for, although good looks is a plus! 

I'm afraid that physical appearance has always been the first thing to attract me to a man. Then, the personality of the guy would have to fit in for the attraction to keep going. If the bloke turned out to be a bore, thick, or whatever, then the physical attraction spark would die (and pretty quickly).

On the other hand, if the guy has the most fabulous personality and chimes with all the SOH, values etc he might very well become my best friend, but if the initial physical attraction spark isn't there, then in my experience it never will be.

the first one. i like a guy who is intelligent and funny but at ease too, doesnt make too much fuss about things.

1st & 2nd for me, definitely agree with inez re - eyes my OH is funny, intelligent, a smart a1se, and a moaning git all in one but I'm not perfect either

well i have to be initially attracted before i would make any move that would allow me to find out about their personality. but as Lynda said if the personality wasnt there after that it wouldnt last long....  just long enough for .....   

Looks to start with especially eyes & a nice smile, but after that personality.
