i think i have na sleeping problem Empty i think i have na sleeping problem

i went to bed about 10ish i thought if i go bed later i wont wake up till 8/9is Crying or Very sad i wont up at half 4 couldn't get back to sleep again Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad it's driving me nuts

Aww it's rubbish isn't it, I went to sleep at 10:30 ish and was awake at 1am, 3am, 4.30am, 5.30am, then couldn't get back to sleep Crying or Very sad

I went to bed at 3 and had a sneezing staffie in my face at 7 haha... Might need a nap today!

Speak to your GP about it Steve, they will probably give you some medication to help you sleep or at least discuss the options available. Please get some help for it though, we all need a good nights sleep to be able to function correctly during the day.

i used to get atleast 8 hours now be lucky to get 5/6

Sometimes you need to set up a regular routine, like reading before bed or having a soothing drink. Then go to bed at the same time every night for at least 2 weeks.

I cant actually go to bed until after 11pm then I know I will drop straight off and then wake at 7am. But I do the same every night but exception on weekends Big Grin

Yeah it's really important for me not to vary my bed time and get up time too much as I have trouble sleeping otherwise, also caffine in the evenings is a massive no no!

I have insomnia and am lucky if I get 5 hours of sleep a night.

Well I tend to get to bed for 7am and then up by 4pm but then I could sleep on a washing line me!
