It's a gorgeous day here but I was up working til 11pm and then up again and at it at 6am and still have 10 articles to get done on the most boring topics Straight Face

But I have been for a swim and am taking the doggits out just now for a good loooong walk Smile

i just walk the The 3 Amigos, i found an lost hound cross billie was trying to kill it while i try to get the mobile number off her dog tag :/ which had her name on it i dont know why people do that should just have your number... so i rescue an dog to day done my good deed now i'm thinking what to make later for my dinner

Oh dear - I hate seeing strays. Hope you managed to get the dog home or someone came to fetch.

I wonder if red potatoes are the equivalent of our sweet potatoes?

When we moved into our house there was a gorgeous, established veg patch. But we opted for the pitter patter of staffy paws and the veg patch is no more. However, they've pretty much stopped digging and have matured, so may just give it ago next season/

The sweet potato is a different variety to the sweet potato, they just happen to have a similar looking coloured skin. Desiree is a variety which has a red skin. Sweet potatoes have a peachy coloured flesh when you cut into them. Smile

Thanks Kathy! I love sweet potatoes but we definitely don't get any type of red potato here. Actually, the pups love sweet potato too - it's the only potato skin they are allowed and it's a very good source of fibre poop

I still want to learn how to make pickled eggs. Ella mentioned them not too long ago and I can just imagine how awesome they must be - we don't get them here. Even my mum says she misses them and I'd better learn!
