Chocolate!!!
It's national chocolate week this week!!
Unfortunately for me that doesn't mean chocolate calories don't count especially seen as I've decided to be really good in an effort to lose a stone before Christmas!
But after the day I've had I might treat myself to a melt in th middle Gu pud... Mmm...
What's your favourite chocolate??

Re: Chocolate!!!
best way of losing weight is writing everything down what you eat drawing the day and the next day cut it down little even is just 50g per day in 2 weeks i bet you could lose stone in an 2/3 weeks.
you could also do an chart and stick it the place you like to get food so everytime you go you see it (maybe a bit to extrame for you)

Yeah, I used to do rosemary conley classes and lost 6 stone but for me it's just motivation!! I tend to snack a lot too... Hehe.
We're going up north for Christmas so I want to look nice so my partner's family don't think his girlfriend is a munter

Re: Chocolate!!!
I think chocolate is my pleasure! Even when I've been really strictly dieting, I always saved calories for some chocolate

Re: Chocolate!!!
I'm not a huge chocolate fan, more into savory stuff. I did used to love the little white chocolate mice when I was a kid though. If I do have chocolate it must be dark and very good quality.
