steve if you get a dry frying pan heat it up and cook the whole chilli kind of burning the skin all round then chop up and use it will give a lovelly smoky taste as i know your loving your smoked paprika

wow that was lovely :)my lips are burning an little bit but it's not killing me i may try 2 next time
what i did was
super noodle (low fat one) chicken herbs
100g of mushrooms sliced
25g of oinions
50g of peppers
1 1/2 of scot bonnets
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
2 tablespoon of soya sauce
1 tablespoons of oyster sauce
i cook the veg first with sauces and smoked paprika then did the super noodles when the water was just about gone in the supper noodle i mix the 2 together and cook for another 2 more mins
