Just after 9am now.

Your probably sleeping so much as your body is trying to cope with being unwell. Have you managed to keep anything in yet?

Do you guys adhere to daylight savings time or do the clocks stay constant all year round like here?

Well, your body is probably a bit dehydrated by now. Are you keeping fluids down? If so I suggest you try and drink some coke as it contains potassium which you would be losing from the other end.

You might want to try some of those energy drinks as your electrolytes would be out of whack as well.
Don't drink or eat anything milky.

I'm starting to wonder if you have the type of tummy upset that can only be treated with prescribed medication.

Last bit - GO AND SEE THE DOCTOR

I think I'd see a doc. Stomach problems sometimes just won't go away on their own.

I'm not a huge fan of docs either. Seems like they always want to take a surgical option. If you have any friends that are paramedics an IV would be a good idea just to make sure your fluids are balanced. If not Gatorade will help with the electrolites and minerals.

Have you tried tomato soup and crackers yet? That is fairly easy to keep down and helps settle the stomach. You might also want to add a bit of salt to help the body retain some water.

You could substitute chicken noodle soup but the meat might be a bit too much.
