Colder Weather
The girls certainly seem to be running for longer and not lying down panting now the weather has turned colder. Meanwhile I'm just getting used to putting 2 pairs of socks on and remembering my gloves! Gosh it was cold this afternoon on the clifftop (plus a bit difficult to stand upright at times!). I don't think Staffies are particularly hot weather dogs, or do all dogs prefer colder weather?

Re: Colder Weather
Freezing here too Jo, I really felt it on our walk this morning, doesn't seem to bother Vin, but time for my winter hats I think.

I think Moo prefers hot weather tbh but its blowing gail here walking on the beach, the weather has certainly changed from 2 days ago when I was just wearing a strappy top! Had 4 jumpers on today!

I definitely noticed a change in the weather this morning when out with Rocky much colder. Thankfully I had my hat in my rucsack, I hate getting ear ache which I easily suffer from and it makes me feel really sick. Rocky seems to love it when it's windy he goes a bit scatty though.

Haha Yes Kathy, all our animals get a bit scatty when it's windy - I've never understood why - even the cats get a bit loopyKathy wrote:I definitely noticed a change in the weather this morning when out with Rocky much colder. I've got 4 really loopy cats tonight - they keep jumping on top of the kitchen cupboards, and I so wish they wouldn't 'cos it reminds me I haven't cleaned up there for a year (at least )Kathy wrote:Odd isn't it, I think some children do too, my hubby came up with explaination of that when they are running and it's windy they feel they are running faster ?? Re: Colder Weather
Crap weather here two but all dogs are playing like nutters and driving us all crazy... my two are like unraveling a maypole while the dancers have been on acid and riley is charging about like a steam train and getting himself in trouble with his mum as after two cruciate ops hes suposed to be taking it easy. Even elsie a staff x jrt is doing her best to rile everyone up to play. The park is like a bloody creche at the moment with desperate dog owners trying to tire out there dogs that have suddenly become bionic lol
