Hi everyone when walking sasha last night an adult dog off the lead bolted up to sasha and went for her. She thankfully was ok as my other other half was quick enough to pick her up to get her away from the other dog. I had a few stern words to say to the dogs owner anyway sasha seemed fine and we took her home. This morning we were walking to the bus stop on my way to work and she saw another dog and she let out a small growl which I took no notice of my hubby has just text me that on the way home she saw the dog from last night and started barking and growling at it. I dont want this incident to put her off other dogs as she has always been very friendly towards them and I have a friend with a puppy the same age as sasha and they see elach other often. Im not sure what to do about it ?????

Try to just carry on as normal hopefully she's just been spooked a little and she'll return to her normal self in a few day. She perhaps got a fright so is on her guard. Smile

As Hayley says try to just carry on as normal, so she doesn't think its a big deal. Understandable she is wary she has been spooked, but sure she will be fine. Big Grin

Do you know of anyone with a very calm dog that you could walk with for a few days ?? I'm sure she will be fine once she gets her confidence back.

Hi everyone I have been out with sasha today and she's still acting a bit weird everytime a dog goes by she runs behind my legs and nearly trips me over. I will carry on taking her out as usual and hopefully she will get over it. I don't know anyone with a sensible dog only my friend and his puppy bella is as mad and energetic as sasha Smile x
