cut managers front line serive

it about they merge city & country council cut the top people for an change!!!

in nottingham and probably the same around the uk

you have an city council, county council then you have silly amount of borough council when dont we merge them all into one sack the top earner instead of cutting the front line services just common sense to me

We have Lancashire county council & west lancashire borough council :othe county council I only use for school info but borough council for everything else, bins, complaints, recycling, maybe they keep the smaller ones so the little man don't get swallowed up in paperwork & lots of people contacting one place at the same time, but who knows

A lot of councils are outsourcing their work now anyway!

Dont get me started... nhs is one of the worst offenders. There are more people working for it with no medical qualifications than have them. How has that happend??? Top execs on tons of cash doing sweet * adams. Around here they seem more intrested in parking charges than patients and staff numbers. There latest brainwave is to minus the cost of staff parking  by taking it out of there pension contributions... wtf do they get these people?
Its the same in the councils, bet they have a chief in charge of paperclips and someone else to sign them out and then someone else to make sure they are gender neutral and inoffensive paperclips. Meanwhile its fine to sponge of the state, breed like rabbits and be a menace to society... just as long as there dole forms are held together with the right kind of paperclips
