Never had a Blackberry but have heard not so good reports about them. 

Kids have both had them but are now on iPhone 5's molly loved her blackberry but Andrew hated his.

i dont like an full touch phone i love the blackberry keyboard thing.... so my has to have an keyboard thing with it

i just search and orange only does blackberry with an kegboard i willn't have an touch phone

you will get used to a touch screen then you wouldn't go back to a key board. Just takes a few days of sending odd texts to people lol

I agree with steve if this blackberry break I won't buy another one. I'm not a touch screen fan as if it breaks you are stuffed. I got to have a keyboard. Problem is there is no money for a new phone so got to make sure this one lasts.

I like my work Blackberry ( just a curve ) recently got it exchanged as I had a torch and it was hopeless and like a brick , Jenny still has my old BB 9700 and going strong must be nearly 4 years old now

Blackberry is going private with the intent to sell they have agreed to. Hopefully they can be turned around and will continue to make something for you Steve! I've had touch screens now so long, but the early ones were terrible. New stuff is exceedingly responsive and useful. Don't let an older ipod touch taint your view without at least playing with a newer model.

it's a ipod touch 4 ... it's an nightmare trying to type stuff on it i take it to blackpool last year to use the net never again

Samsung touch screen is good even with my fat uncontrolled fingers. Ive never got to grips with the blackberry kb it just annoys me as being stoneage. Reminds me of old nokias. New stuff coming out soon though with a total rewrite of the code. I dont think blackberry will ever die and the z10 is quite a good peice of kit. Just needs the die hards to wake up to the future and embrace it. Tbh the latest phones are quite good, well designed and well layed out. Just hope they havent lost the market share to allow them to recover
