  mine is on year round as Ella & my mum will say I'm a nesh cow

 i can see the all year around be very popular on here

Only when its been super cold though its on this morning!

Only in the past few days and just in the evening cause I am at work all day

Nah, only once it gets cold enough that thick clothes don't work.

i put only the last month but really its all year just dont kick in untill the temp dropps never touch the timers and turns off the rest of year when temp up

I won't be turning it on for at least another month, probably more!

No not yet but nearly there, not until I cannot get the clothes dry outside then the rads go on to dry them.

Hell no not until December ish time, and i can see my breath in the house!

I said Yes - within the last month. Although in reality, because I have warm air heating I only turn the thermostat up to about 68-70 when I get a bit cold, and turn it down again when I'm warm enough.

Generally start putting it on in October when its cold enough. So far we have only had it on once, cos it was a damp raining two days! The damn cost of gas and elec has almost doubled in the last two years!

Our heating has never really been off , every time I switched the boiler over to water only , some magic boiler fairy would switch it back across. Reprogrammed the heating switch to 10 degrees at all times so it would never swicth on so somebody would get up and override it at the preprogrammed changeover time     . Got the gas bill via the new smart meter system and SOMEONE has managed to use so much gas over summer that they have amended the direct debit PLUS £20.00 a month in Summer , feckin unheard of . But I don't like to complain    

I put mine on last week for the first time since christmas, haven't had it back on since though

That's quite warm.
I only turn mine up to 18 degrees.

I don't do Celsius Keith, and more to the point - neither does my thermostat! I'm a Fahrenheit gal.

Not just me then - I've had the back door open all day nearly every day and it's still 17 to 17.5 degrees inside at night.

Might try to leave the heating off until Christmas.

nah i can't stand being to warm, and we are trying to hold off putting the heating on until christmas or at least December

I wait until i have to de ice the TV  dont really feal the cold unless im outside and its realy cold and windy

mine turns off every time I come in the house and turns on every time I go out the house  

Ans also it looks like the coats I left by the door in case of chilly weather have never been used

Mine keeps getting put on my the secret heating ghost. Which has been a god send at times. I can think of at least 20 times where if it wasn't for them my kids might have froze to death in their shorts and t-shirts

Made it to 1st November.
16 degrees in here tonight.
Actually sat in a t-shirt.
My double plasterboard refit seems to be paying off.

Down to 14 degrees now.

Certainly have. Start at 20 then turn it down when house is warm though to 18.
It will click in again at 18 when house shows it needs to....hopefully. 

Down to 12 degrees now - Bart Simpson slippers and coat - on.  

Just popped the heating on for an hour earlier to take the chill off, did the same this morning
