I do eat sea snails in restaurants( the few times I'm lucky enough to be dined) and only there as I got no idea to cook them. One thing I won't eat is mopani worms. Do not care if they considered a delicacy.

I've only ever had them once when my Dad cooked them and they were OK, don't think I would bother again though.

If I wasn't a vegetarian and somebody paid me £100 to eat one, I'd go for it, as long as I could be sure that I wasn't going to get parasites or diseases from it. Tongues

I just thought they were similar to mushrooms just take on the taste of whatever they were cooked in .....frogs legs however they were really nice
