Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
I'm afraid we are not here to allow people to sell, trade or look after each others dog.
Have you thought about kenneling, or boarding somewhere. Some rescues have space allocated for boarding.
Is there no friends or family who can help?

Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
Only yesterday you were full of joy with Buddie ?
Obviously we don't want to pry into personal or family matters (unless you'd care to share with us) but if some personal or family matter has suddenly prevented you from caring for this little pup temporarily, then a boarding kennels would be the best option, unless you have family or friends who are ready, willing and able to care for a small puppy temporarily.
If it is a problem on Buddie's side, do let us know what the problem is and we will do our best to advise you.

You could approach a rescue who may help you with fostering.

Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
Sorry to hear of your circumstances, like I mentioned before a rescue may help you with fostering while you go through this difficult time. I hope things go ok for you.

Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
no need to be sorry but we can't arrange for someone to look after Buddy.
Have you no friends who could help for a couple of weeks?

Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
sorry about your mum but why do you have find an home for your dog?
Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
Try the dogs trust. They may find someone to adopt for a while with a view of you taking the dog back when your on your feet again. Personally I keep the dog as they tune in with your feelings and can be a godsend in emotional situations. You may be trying to get rid of the one thing that could keep you occupied and sane in such a distressing situation. Nothing will give you the unconditional love when you need it like a dog. Your its master and best friend so think long and hard before before letting it go.

Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
Nathan has given good advice there is a Dogs Trust in Snetterton. There is also Crostwick Dog Rescue and Meadow Green. They can help while you get sorted. Buddie will be a great support to you in the future.

Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
You will be all over the place with what's going on. Organisations like Dogs Trust are there for a reason, to help. If you google them you will get their details, they are good for help especially in the short term as are other rescues. Dog minded people understand there are times when you need help. You love Buddie and want the best for him.

Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
I would tend to agree with others here regarding Buddy being your support , is he crated ?? do you live with your mum ?? is your mum in hospital ??
I have been though all of this myself and the best support and pick up you have is from that pup
Just thinking if he is crated you have the opportunity to take him with you ?? What about family etc you haven't replied

so sorry to hear about your mum,it must be a horrible time for you and your family,i agree with every one,a dog will give you so much love and support, they are so good on picking up on your emotions, have you any friends that can dog sit or take him out for a walk for you?

Re: EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED WITH MY BUDDIE
I am SO sorry to hear about your Mother, and send you both all my good wishes and Hugs through this difficult time.
You've had good advice above about finding a temporary home for Buddie, but if you can't find somewhere/someone suitable, could you at least find a dog-walker so that you can spend more time with your Mum? That way, Buddie will be around when you need to cry into his fur.
Our thoughts are with you .....
