Local bises
Has anyone had any hassle with taking their babies on a bus. I'm deliberating doing it tomorrow, i phoned first group and they said its driver's discresion but no more than 2 dogs on at any 1 time..... sooooooo we'll see what happens, if no other dogs are on board and obviously these 2 come from the same home then there shouldnt be a prob should there??
Heres hoping ....
Heres hoping ....

Re: Local bises
I've seen loads of dogs round here on First buses.I wouldn't take Skye on a bus as she'd probably eat it but i can't see why they would have a problem with it.

Re: Local bises
There's no limit to the amount of dogs on buses here as long as they are on lead & under control. If one misbehaves it's the driver's discretion as to whether it travels or not.

This is where we'd hit problems.Skye has no lead control and would probably eat the driver.

Really??? they ok over ere, i got both mine on bus today, and on train, i'll do same over weekend and go down to beach (i don't have a car just now). Was funny cos Jake likes to be vocal and OMG i was like shhhhhhhhhhhh fgs. Molly just sat looking out window bless her.
I must admit the driver said they better be under control but i think the fact that i had a pair of tight denim shorts on swung it for me to be honest lol, soooo easy to manipulate men (and no, am not havin a go at men who think with things other than their brain!!! so dont start on me with the man hating comments lol)

jake loves it, he sits an starts the usual talking to me in only the way he knows and most of the bus are in fits of laughter, he laps up the attention, sits at the window seat and watches glasgow city centre go by lol, its like a day trip and thats just me going over to my mums house!!! Molly on the otherhand flopbs at my feet and doesnt move till we have to get off. Its really funny though when you see some peoples faces like OMG SHE HAS 2 ONTHE BUS!!!!
ah well, at least i'm in control of my babies which is more than can be said for some mothers wiv crazy kids (human)!!!!

Re: Local bises
I used to take my last dog on buses all the time before he started getting nippy. I took him on the train a few weeks ago - 3 hours each way (he just slept). I also took him on the tube lots. He loved all the fuss from the other people. I used to muzzle him on the trains/tube, but I dont think you have to..

I've seen totally out of control dogs on buses that have behaved better than some of the kids!
