prison gym more common known as power houses .
none of your normal ex bikes rowing machines and cross steppers
and load of free weights kettle bells and chin up bars.
far better for serious body builders and yes do get tagged with pushing steroids but at the end of the day you don't have to take them lol.
the gym i went to when i was properly training many many moons ago steroids were common place but i never needed and was never pressured into them.
and you can meet some right carictors and also some total planks lol
