Wooden floors!!

Does anyone else have wooden floors in their house and realise how much skidding about the dogs do? My hall and living room is wooden flooring and when you say 'dinner' or 'walkies' he moves so quick hes running on the spot for a few seconds because he cant grip haha FUNNY!

Vinnie does it all the effort, but doesn't seem to get anywhere.
It is so funny but my flooring is bamboo and very soft wood so its ruddy scratched to pieces!  

I've got laminate in the kitchen and they skid on it. You have to be careful though I know of a dog who came galloping down the stairs(carpeted) skidded on the laminate at the bottom and broke his back on an open door  

    

We have laminate flooring in our lounge and it's funny when Rocky hears something outside and wants to be there quick, however he tends to spin the wheels a bit at first then finds some traction and he is off  

Yep darcy does this too, we don't have wooden floor but mum does

It can be quite funny to watch yes. I love that noise the little claws make it such a homey feeling or something lol

haha Rocky does this too, I have tiles downstairs and timber floors upstairs and he slides on both, soo funny watching him trying to gain traction, and love the sound too !
