Grrrrrrrr!!

Got my second speeding ticket in 2013 through the post this morn  ... motherf***er !!  

I was just starting to accelerate from a 30mph zone to a 50, onto an open road in broad daylight without another sole in sight, then I see a crafty little sh!t behind a hedge pretty much with a speed gun ... got me at 36mph  

I wouldnt mind so much, cus at the end of the day I was speeding  (just!) .. but this kn0b in a Civic Type R comes past my place (30mph zone) almost every day flat out in third by the time he goes by, gotta be close to a ton or more screamin the sh!t out of it  ... boils my p!ss

What a nuisance Andy, I cant afford no more points on my license for sure! Should report the little prat though that was speeding!  

I wouldnt report him, I'm not that way really, as long as what he's doing doesnt effect me or my family in any way, its just the principle  

The thought of one of those "wrist smackin sessions" to avoid the points makes me wanna boil my own head

My oh went on one (for doing 32mph in a 30mph zone) and although it was boring it wasn't that bad!

Hard one andy its ok saying it dont effect you or your family but what if he kills someone and you could have done something to stop it its fair enough to let somethings pass but driving that far over the limit its only time till something bad happens and he deserves to get his ar5e reamed

Know what ya mean mate, but there's a few idiots around here, and living on straight road going out of town I'd end up being on the phone to the cops all the bl00dy time

The form will still say about the course, but if you try & book it they'll turn you down. I think (if I remember rightly) there's some small print that says if you re-offend withing a certain period - 3 years? - then you're eligible for it. 

Bummer mate. You could always ask for the calibration certificate for the device and see what they come back with. Long shot but they might not be botherd arguing for 36 leading to a 50mph zone.youd be amazed at what they try push through on a whim as we never question in this country.

That is dumb! Here cops don't ticket for that small in those circumstances or I'd be skrewed!

as a rule they use a 10% +2 so anything over 35 in a 30 they will fine you for over here
