Re: itcing
Is it something she has just started with Michael ?? Has she been through any long grass recently , new bedding and change of washing powder etc .
I expect there will be other vets available in the area that aren't closed for the BH weekend if you are concerned but you could try giviung her half a piriton tablet

Re: itcing
Pictures would be really helpful The antihistamine tablet Dave has suggested above is a great idea, and should help to calm the itch.
Washing the area that is bleeding with some warm salty water will help to keep it clean and prevent any infection. Washing her belly and legs with a flannel each time she comes in from outside will help with the itch generally as it removes allergens from the skin.
Depending upon the symptoms that go along with the itchy, there could be a few reasons for the itch. Regardless of what it is though, if it is an ongoing issue it would be worth a trip to the vets for a check over.

Re: itcing
Try giving her a rub down with a damp cloth when you get in from walks.

Re: itcing
You can also try some kind of itch relief solution to alleviate the itchiness and prevent it from getting worse until you got time to bring him to the vet. We always keep one here in FL when summer season comes as many source can cause allergy.
