my daughter loves the propper japan noodles (rhman)i think there called where you get the noodles and 3 little sachets she would eat them every meal giving the chance .

I have an air fryer so do crisps and chips in there and a butcher where I work does syn free burgers and sausages which I tend to cook up to snack on
Otherwise fat free yoghurts are a staple and freeze some down for ice cream substitute
