30g Carrot (dice)
30g Red onion (dice)
1 Garlic
1 Boiled Egg (dice)
1 Tin Of Tuna
30g Rice (uncooked)

Step 1: you need to boil the egg & cook the rice

Step 2: add the carrot, onion & garlic in an pan cook till it turn soft

Step 3: add the tuna (cook till it dry a little)

Step 4: add egg and rice cook till everything is well mix and warm again
