Could be! Could be the type of foods you're eating now as well. More veggies, less artificial gunk, etc..

That's great, could definitely be due to your weight loss & change of diet

Yes it could well be, people don't listen to their bodies telling them all sorts of things.

Probably helped no end. I know when I put on even a bit my back and knees are terrible.

It certainly could be, from what I can remember, they say for every 1kg of extra weight, its like 5kgs more on your knees and bones!!! Glad your feeling better Steve

Sure you will get there Steve ... sensible exercise and diet are the trick, and it sounds as though you are managing both well

Its a great feeling when you do achieve it though, and you have already achieved so much, especially that you can feel better too, and a good excuse to buy a new wardrobe

... you probably should get onto that sooner rather than later then - nothing worse than loosing your trousers!Steve wrote:I'm going have to buy some new stuff soon i had to wear an belt last night to keep up my trousers up

Re: no aching bones for an week now :)
i'm going just put up with it till i get to the weight/look i like it be pointless to buy a lot of new stuff now
Re: no aching bones for an week now :)
.... perhaps just invest in a good belt than.
(I know I left buying clothes a long time when I lost weight, though I did feel really good when I bought myself my one and only 'stays up when I put it on' outfit when i was halfway there ... gave me some motivation to work a bit harder on the next few kilos too )
