Dog thieves in North East Scotland ( Aberdeen and Shire )

Yet another report of suspected dog thieves. Apparently they were in our street yesterday. Haven't got the full details yet but no dogs taken. One of the neighbours took a note of the reg, numbers and called the police but they were unregistered.
