Dog thieves in North East Scotland
Just a warning to North East of Scotland owners ( I know you have had this problem in the south ).
A friend of mine has been contacted by a friend in Kemnay who was visited by some guys supposedly selling power tools. One of the guys came to the door but the other guy wouldn't come to the house as he was " afraid of dogs ". so she went over to the van. When they had gone she went back to the house and found two chalk marks on the corner of the house which had been put there by the one who came to the door.
Unfortunately she didn't think to get the reg. number of the van.
So beware!!!
