i'm getting old before my time

That doesn't mean your getting old! Just means your tired and need a couple if early nights :-)

i have grey lol if i let me hair grow wild i would look like one of those artists who doesnt care about looking natural

I started to go grey about 10 years ago, strangely about the same time I met my husband.  

steve you already have gray hair its just in the bald patches so you never realized lol.
i got gray hair in my early 20s

I don't know if I have grey or not as haven't seen my natural colour for years. But hazard a guess at nearly 43 probably yups! (loads)
